- Description :
- The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of products for equipment items that make up the representation and ceremonial uniform, as follows:
- minimum 500 pcs and maximum 24,000 pcs - men's fabric suit;
- minimum 500 pcs and maximum 6,000 pcs suit from stwomen's clothing.
The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract:
- minimum 50 pcs and maximum 4,000 pcs - men's cloth suit;
- minimum 50 pcs and maximum 2,000 pcs - women's cloth suit
The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 10,600,000.00 lei without VAT.
Delivery termof the products is 4 months from the date of the signature of the subsequent contract by the last party, except for the subsequent contracts concluded for the equipment of graduates of military schools which will have a delivery period of 2 months.
The contracting authority will answer clearly and fully youto requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, to the extent that these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION I, i.e. 19 days before the deadline of submitting an offertels, as follows:
- Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 19;
- Time limit for the authority's response to requests for clarification/additional information - 11th day;
