- Taking into account the specifics of the institution, it is necessary to purchase services for the collection, transport and disposal of medical and non-medical hazardous waste in order to ensure the necessary quality standards, required for the development in conditions of environmental protection, securityand human health
The elaboration of the award documentation was carried out according to the requirements of the legislation in force:
•Order of the Minister of Health no. 1226/2012 for the approval of the Technical Norms regarding the management of waste resulting from medical activities and the Data Collection Methodologyor for the national database on waste resulting from medical activities;
• HG 1061/ 2008 regarding the transport of non-hazardous and hazardous waste on the territory of Romania;
• Law 195/2005 on environmental protection approved by Law 265/2006;
• HG 856/ 2002 regarding waste recordsand the European List of Waste (annex III Directive 2008/98/EC);
•OG 92/2021 updated on the waste regime;
•OG 152/2005 on the prevention and integrated control of pollution
