Description:
The purpose of the purchase is components and services necessary for the installation and testing of high-power radio frequency assemblies, according to the requirements of the specifications, respectively the purchase of a klystron equipment (composed of a klystron, focusing magnet and X-radiation shield), amplifierRF ators, RF loads, transformer oil for modulators and installation services, testing, commissioning of modulators, focusing magnetide klystrons, X-radiation shield, RF loads and support in the conditioning of the first part of the waveguide system to the first connection of flloop inside the accelerator bunker area, plus staff training.
Under the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the documentation todistribution up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, in conjunction with art. 27 paragraph (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
