- It is desired to develop an IT application/platform intended for recording the periodic technical inspections carried out by the Periodic Technical Inspection Stations (S.I.T.P.), authorized at national level as well as monitoring the activity of these S.I.T.P.
- Any economic operatorvillage has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation (art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 103 paragraph (1) of GD 395 with subsequent amendments and additions), 18 days before of the deadline for submission of offers. The control authoritythe actant will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers (art. 160 para. (2) and 161 para. (1) of Law 98 /2016 and article 27 paragraphs (2)-(4) and article 103 paragraph (2) of GD 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions).
