Description:
Computer system extension - integration of new modules for services provided shared by UAT, in order to implement the project Measures to simplify administrative procedures and reduce bureaucracy for citizens, SIPOCA 1203/MySMIS2014 code 155078.
Estimated value of the purchase - 2.307,760.00 lei without VAT, resulting from the following calculation:
- Necessary IT services, configuration and implementation of databases, migration and integration of existing data structures, testing, integration and validation for the expansion of the existing IT platform for services provided shared bytre UAT= 2,189,000.00 lei without VAT;
- Expenses for services for the organization of events and training courses 30,000.00 lei without VAT respectively: course organization logistics 18,235.29 lei (training support 2 instructors * 8h/day, preparation of course materials, issuance of participation certificatesre, etc. 11,764.71 lei for meal and coffee breaks (50 pers.*2 days*117.64 lei/day).);
- FEDR-type expenses: hardware infrastructure/equipment necessary for the customized system to optimize local administration services= 88,760.00 lei without VAT;
Number of days until which can be clearly requestedclarifications before the deadline for submitting offers: 13 days (before the deadline for submitting offers)
The contracting authority will respond only once to all requests for clarification 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
