- The purchase of "Computing systems and servers", according to the specifications in the specifications.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 20 days.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requestsfor clarifications: the 11th day before the deadline established in the notice of participation for submitting offers.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Finalization the award procedure by concluding the purchase contract publică is subject to the following suspensive condition, which will operate for a maximum period of 4 months from the deadline for submitting the offer.in which the provisions relating to the commitment of expenses from the budgets falling under the legislation on public finances are respected, and in compliance with the provisions of Decision no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions relating to the awarding of contractsof the public procurement act/framework agreement from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
