- Through this participation notice, a Dynamic Public Procurement System (hereinafter referred to as - SAD) is initiated to allow the purchase of concrete curbs according to the specifications in the specifications, by concluding supply contracts, with the aim of ensuring the products for the objectsVele TCMB S.A. for 1 year, according to the description in the document "Instructions for bidders".
Products that are the subject of the purchase:
1. Concrete curbs 100x150x500 mm C30/37- 40200 pieces
2. Concrete curbs 200x250x500 mm C30/37- 14,600 pieces
The awarding procedure will respect the rules of the auction rexternal, to be carried out in two stages:
Stage I - submission of requests to participate in the SAD;
Stage II - submission of bids only by qualified bidders at the end of the first stage.
Given the open nature of the SAD, after the launch of the SAD and throughout its validityknow, an economic operator can join at any time during the validity of the SAD if it meets the criteria mentioned in the participation notice.
The technical and financial offer will be submitted in STAGE II of the SAD.
The contracting authority sends an invitation to participate to all participantsthose admitted to the SAD after the first stage, in order to submit offers. The invitation to participate will be sent only to the qualified bidders at the end of stage I.
In stage II, it is not mandatory to submit the offer in situations where the proposed acquisition is not of interest.
