- The general objective of the project entitled "Increasing the ecological transport capacity in the City of Seini" is the increased use of public transport and other forms of ecological urban mobility as well as the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions generated by road transportrice The general object of the project can only be fulfilled if the following specific objectives are previously achieved:
The expansion of the public transport system, by establishing new transport routes, by purchasing 4 electric buses, expanding the vehicle service depotroads and marking the stations on the routes;
Modernization of the road infrastructure on the bus routes, simultaneously with the creation of bicycle lanes, sidewalks and street green alignments (planting of trees/shrubs with species adapted to the pedo-climatic conditions in the area, grassing) and lightingpublic, all of these on the following streets: Cetății, Seinel, Petofi Sandor, Seinel sidewalk, Gheorghe Doja, Conac, Catanilor, Lucian Blaga, Boci, Zugau, Mandi, Horea;
Extension of the bike-sharing system with 2 more rental stations (raste) on Horia and Viilor and the purchase of 20 new bicycleste;
Extending the network of sidewalks and bike paths;
Extending the street traffic surveillance system with 35 cameras;
Promoting equal opportunities, gender and non-discrimination, by providing facilities for people with reduced mobility, by ensuring access to transp... - Documents :
