In order to ensure an independent evaluation, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure will select through competitive bidding procedures an international financial institution or an international audit firm, recognized for its competence and expertise in the performancestate companies/state-owned companies/autonomous governments/private companies with a turnover similar to the entities that are the object of the services, etc.
Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://www.e-licitatie.ro/pub) .
Any interested economic operator has the right de to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the award documentation 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to dthe award document on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting authority will not respond to clarification requests sent after the established deadline
