- Elaboration of studies/analyses, guides, tutorials, public policy documents, proposals regarding the skills necessary to carry out human resources operational activities and the identification of appropriate methods of applied training for the staff of human resources departments for rethe achievement of:
a) Milestone 418, respectively:
οconsolidation of the competences to carry out the operational activities of human resources management, regarding the necessary competences to carry out managerial activities and the identification of appropriate methods of applied training for public officialsmanagement licenses and senior civil servants;
οconsolidation of performance management skills, proposal regarding the standard of professional training of ethics advisers and the necessary skills to carry out this activity;
οrelationship guide within the activities ofrelations with the public and of the helpdesk departments with the beneficiaries of the activity carried out by public authorities and institutions;
οorganizational diagnosis for the purpose of organizational development of ANFP and good change management, in the context of the expansion of competences and responsibilities;
ο the elaboration of two public policy proposals and two legislative proposals in order to promote the career of civil servants based on meritocracy and ensure a unitary management of human resources involved in the provision of public services;
