• Description:
• The object of the contract Supervision and site management consultancy services for the realization of the investments carried out by the City Hall of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest will consist in the provision of high quality supervision services, both during the design and execution periode of the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works, in order to track the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, especially in terms of duration, quantityatea, the quality and the cost of the design and the works:
  -Works of thermal rehabilitation of buildings and blocks of flats;
  - Current repair works, capital repairs, consolidation, modernization of buildings (eg: schools, high schools, kindergartens, nurseries, administrative, offices, etc.);
  -Construction worksnew buildings;
  -Road infrastructure works: streets, alleys, boulevards, parking lots, trams, etc.
  -Building infrastructure works: electrical, thermal, gas networks, water-channel, telecommunications, public lighting, etc.
  The total duration of the framework agreement is 48 months.
  The contracting authorityreserves the right to supplement the framework agreement, the supplement being possible both in terms of value and quantity (the basis for determining/calculating the scope of services). The contracting authority reserves the right/option to supplement the basis for determining/calculating the extent of services etc...
