Description:
By assigning the Public Passenger Transport Service with regular runs in the area of competence of the County of Arad, the aim is to ensure the need for movement of the inhabitants of the county and to increase the quality of the services offered. The main benefits to be obtained after satisfactionof the need:
satisfying the transport needs of the population and economic operators in the territory of Arad county;
improving road safety, environmental protection and the quality of the county's public transport of people through regular runs;
moving in safe conditions andof comfort, including through the risk insurance of transported persons, as well as their goods through insurance policies;
equal and non-discriminatory access of transport operators to the county public transport market;
optimization of the functioning of the county public transport marketin ensuring a normal, dynamic and fair competitive framework.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (1) from Law no. 99/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentassignment statement.
