Description : The awarding of the contract will be done by direct awarding procedure, according to the Romanian legal provisions. The contract refers to public transport services for persons through regular routes in the communities of Sacele and Tarlungeni and the connection with the polarizing Municipality of Brasov. Depending on the requests of the beneficiaries (travelers), the services will be able to be provided on other routes (to other localities) in the Brasov metropolitan area. The contract is estimated to be concluded for a period of 10 years, with a contract size between 6.5 million kilometers and 8.5 million kilometers (respectively between 650 000 and 850 000 km/year). The amount of public passenger transport services through regular runs will be determined by the dynamic needs of the population served. The estimated value of the services provided is 6.654 million RON / year - 8.701 million RON / year (respectively 66.54 million RON / 10 years - 87.01 million RON / 10 years)
