Description:
The object of the acquisition is the design and execution of works for the realization of a data center and administrative spaces with the destination of "PROPERTY WITH SPECIAL DESTINATION - TIER IV DATA CENTER", in order to carry out in optimal conditions the current activities of the institution and will allow accommodationthe area of the technical infrastructure, IT and monitoring/management systems as well as the administration teams, including the staff that will serve it.
Design services refer to the elaboration of the technical-economic documentation phases: DTAC, DTOE, PTh DE and technical assistance fromthe part of the designer.
The execution works refer to the construction of the data center building and administrative spaces with height regime P 2E Eth. The execution works include exterior landscaping of the yard, fencing of the premises at the property boundary, underground pool for rthe water reservoir, all the related installations, connections and connections to ensure the desired functionality.
The building's resistance infrastructure and superstructure are composed of: foundations of general leveling type in reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete frames, made of reinforced concrete pillars and floors alkbeams and slabs; the stairs will be made of precast concrete, and the interior partitions will be made of lightweight plasterboard materials.
