The notice of intent concerns the direct award procedure, pursuant to art. 5, para. (2) from Regulation (EC) 1,370/2007, of a public service contract regarding the fulfillment ofpublic service connections starting on November 14, 2024, for a period of 10 years, by the internal operator Transurbis S.A., public transport operator owned by the Municipality of Zalău. The competent authority is A.D.I. The Zalău Metropolitan Public Transport Association, whose members sunt the Municipality of Zalău, next to the communes of Mirșid, Hereclean, Crișeni and Meseșenii de Jos.
