- An important component of the Project financed by PNRR is the provision of equipment designed to reduce nosocomial infections in order to prevent healthcare-associated infections and reduce the Institute's vulnerabilities.
The contractor will provide equipment for dair and surface disinfection, equipment for rapid self-control tests and hand hygiene scanning, cleaning and disinfection systems, neutralization of contaminated materials for the equipment of the Emergency Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases and Transplantation in Targu MureΕ, in the quantitiesrequested by the contracting authority and having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the specifications. The delivery will be carried out according to the requirements contained in the specifications.

Accordingly it providesart. 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. Authorthe contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
