Description:
The object of the service contract: Contracting by the Municipality of Oradea of an internal repayable financing in the amount of 100,000,000 (one hundred million) LEI, for a period of 9 years, of which 1 (one) year grace period, with multiple withdrawals and repayments , respectively 8 years of repayment of the balance cof the existing income at the end of the drawing period, approved by HCL no. 33/31.01.2023.
Purpose of the contract: ensuring the necessary financing during the period of the contracts with EU financing, considering the mechanism applied in their case (the applicant pays and later receives the money ofto the EU), regardless of the nature of the expenditure (eligible/ineligible) or the source of funding, taking into account the fact that the administrative-territorial unit must provide proof of payment for the works performed/goods supplied at the time of submitting the funding applications. Amounts drawn from the credit can bereintegrated to the extent of receiving the amounts from financing applications and again used and reintegrated on the same principle.
Projects financed by loans: public investments of local interest with financing within the framework of the 2014-2020 structural programs, whose technical-economic indicators wereapproved by HCL 330/12.04.2018 amended by HCL 102/28.02.2019, HCL 934/01.10.2018 amended by HCL 1040/05.11.2018, HCL 935/01.10.2018 amended by HCL 1042/05.11.2018, HCL 141/ 28.02.2020, 759/25.08.2022 .
