In accordance with the provisions of art. 221 paragraph (1) letter a) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority may supplement the quantity of products that are the subject of the contract with up to 35 pieces
(Copiers with integrated RFID reader), with an estimated unit value of 12,300.00 lei and a total of 430,5000.00 lei without VAT and 512,295.00 lei with VAT, by concluding an additional act, depending on the additional budgetary resources that can be identified during the
implementation of the contract.
