- The object of the contract is the execution of works: "BH-CL6 EXTENSION OF THE SUPPLY PIPE AND WATER SUPPLY NETWORK IN COPACEL", including:
οΌExtension of the water supply network in Copacel length= 3,910 m, in Surduc for a length= 3,988 m
οΌNew water management GA Copacel
Duration of iimplementation of the contract is 7 (seven) months, to which is added 36 (thirty-six) months PND, (or 48/60 months), the defect notification period (PND)..
The execution works will be carried out according to the technical project , attached to the award documentation.
The consolidated response, will be postedas follows:
- The EC will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed up to the 19th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers;
- The EC will send the consolidated answer to the requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of bidsr.
The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to any request for clarification after the expiration of the term stipulated above.
