Corrigendum: Design and Execution of Works for the Objective "Extension of the A1 and A4 Wings of the Bucharest University Emergency Hospital with Height Regime Sth P 3E/Sth P 6E, Arrangement of Exterior Parking Lots
The object of the contract is the design and execution of the works for the objective "Extending the A1 and A4 Wings of the Bucharest Emergency University Hospital with height regime Sth P 3e/Sth P 6e, arrangement of exterior parking lots".
By means of the concluded contract, the following will be ensuredthe following:
- design services - preparation of the Technical Execution Project (PTE) - according to the provisions of GD 907/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the preparation of documentation and obtaining the approvals/agreements requested by the Urban Planning Certificate no. 560/21338 of 01.07.2022 esubmitted by the Bucharest City Hall, as well as the DTAC and DTOE documentation and obtaining the building permit;
- technical assistance provided by the designer during the execution of the works and during the guarantee period of the works;
- execution of works for the construction of the wing extensionA1 and A4 of the Bucharest University Hospital (taking into account the fact that the expansion of the A1 and A4 wings constitutes a new construction, the object of the contract includes the execution of all types of works at the investment objective, respectively: structural/resistance works, architectural works, plumbing, electrical, thermal, HVAC, medical gas, natural gas, etc.) works).
-execution of outdoor parking spaces
