Corrigendum: Design and Execution of Works Related to the Investment Modernization, Rehabilitation, Re-Technological and Expansion of the Centralized Thermal Energy Supply System in the Municipality of Ramnicu Valcea
Valcea County, as the sole shareholder of S.C. CET Govora S.A., according to Government Decision no. 1005/2002, owns the part of SACET that includes the heat energy production source (heating power plant) and the transport network. An analysis of the heating system at level mRamnicu Valcea University highlighted a series of negative aspects of the system's operation, especially due to the low energy efficiency of the thermal networks, as a result of their over-dimensioning, but also of their physical wear, being implemented very outdated technologies for insulationa thermal.
In this sense, funding was obtained from the SOP Environment and POIM for the project "Rehabilitation of the urban heating system at the level of the Municipality of Ramnicu Valcea for the period 2009-2028 in order to comply with environmental legislation and increase energy efficiency" - stage I (POS Mediu) and stage II (POIM).
Based on the Master Plan, the Feasibility Study was developed for the project "Modernization, rehabilitation, re-technology and expansion of the centralized supply system with thermal energy in the municipality of Ramnicu Valcea".
Using the completed documentation, the Councill Valcea County applied for financing, through the Heating Program, of the project "Modernization, rehabilitation, retechnology and expansion of the centralized thermal energy supply system in the municipality of Ramnicu Valcea".
