Design services, technical assistance from the designer during the development of the works and execution of works for the investment objective: "ENERGY RENOVATION OF THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY LIBRARY "LUCIAN BLAGA" IN VIEW OF ENSURING STUDY AND STORAGE CONDITIONS AND CONSRENOVATION OF PUBLICATIONS"
The purpose of the investment is the ENERGY RENOVATION OF THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY LIBRARY "LUCIAN BLAGA" TO ENSURE STUDY CONDITIONS AND THE STORAGE AND CONSERVATION OF PUBLICATIONS.
The "Lucian Blaga" Central University Library in Cluj is one of the mostand the oldest and most important university libraries in Romania, with valuable collections, including medieval incunabula and numerous bibliophile rarities. The library has 55 reading rooms and a capacity of 2100 places for readers in the headquarters and in the branches.energy ization are proposed with the aim of obtaining a much lower consumption and cost related to heating, to protect the existing book stock by ensuring the best storage conditions and to ensure increased comfort and an environment conducive to education.
The proposed works are consistent with the principlel DNSH-Do Not Significant Harm, translated Do not harm significantly. This principle is based on six significant environmental criteria and represents a new obligation at the European level, according to the European Regulation in (EU) 2021/2139
