Description:
The object of the contract is Services for the elaboration of the technical-economic documentation for the PT, DDE phases and technical assistance from the designer and execution of construction works within the project [IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ENERGY PRODUCTION SYSTEM FROM BIOMASS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RODNA, BISTRIțA-NĂSĂUD COUNTY]
The main objective of this public procurement consists in the design, supply, assembly and commissioning for the project: "Realization of a biomass energy production system in Rodna commune, Bistrița-Năsăud county"
In order to achieve the proposed objective, the Bidders willensure, through their technical proposal, the achievement of the following mandatory indicators from the project, respectively:
1.Total thermal energy produced from biomass of 14MWt;
2.Minimum electrical energy produced of 700 kWe;
3.Length of heating pipeline routes in accordance with the documentation;
4. The numberof consumers connected in accordance with the documentation.
The technical project can be adapted to the technology from the date of the elaboration of the technical project, the only obligation being compliance with the project's indicators.
Mandatory project indicators according to the solution in SF:
CO30 Additional capacity ofproduction of energy from renewable sources: 14.72 MWt
CO34 Reduction of greenhouse gases: Estimated annual reduction of greenhouse gases - minimum 1,258.26 t/year CO2
2S53 Gross primary energy production from renewable sources less exploited - minimum 2,711.15 tp/year
