Description:
The object of the service contract to be awarded consists in the elaboration of the following studies, documentation, expertise, related to the investment objective "Implementation of 3,000 km of cycling routes at the national level", financed from the Romanian National Recovery and Resilience Planei, Component 11 Tourism and culture, CPV code 79314000-8 Feasibility study (Rev. 2):
- The Feasibility Study (S.F.) for the achievement of the mentioned investment objective and the completion of its approval activity, according to national legal provisions and/or of the European incidencete, in force. Together with the SF technical-economic documentation, the general estimate and the corresponding budget will be made.
-Technical expertise: for all affected elements: roads, bridges/bridges, dykes on the proposed route;
-Documentation for obtaining approvals, agreements and authorizationsrequested by the Urban Planning Certificate and the documentation related to the specialized studies requested by the appraisers, as well as the actual obtaining of all the approvals and agreements, on behalf of the authority, respectively:
- Topographical study targeted by OCPI, 100 m corridor (50 m on each side) ;
-Studyl geotechnical verified to Af requirement;
-Hydrological study;
-Environmental impact study, including DNSH ("Do No Significant Harm") Analysis Documentation:
-Traffic study;
-Hydraulic study, if applicable;
-Archaeological study, if applicable;
-Dendrological study, if applicable;
