• elaboration of the technical-economic documentation, Feasibility Study phase;
• elaboration of the documentation attached to the requestthe approvals/agreements requested by the urban planning certificate, their support in the specialized commissions of the issuers and obtaining, at the provider's expense, the approvals/agreements requested by the urban planning certificate;
• preparing a geotechnical study on the site, verified by verificationnumber of projects certified Af, according to the provisions of the NP 074-2014 standard;
•elaboration of the topographic survey in the STEREO 70 system;
•elaboration of documentation for obtaining the agreement of principle of fire safety;
•elaboration of technical expertise for the demolition of the existing pavilions (B, andand T). .
