Corrigendum: Framework Agreement for the Supply of Products - Uht Milk, Within the "Program for Schools of Romania in the Period 2023-2029" for the 5 (Lots) Distribution Areas at the Level of Timiș County
Free provision for preschoolers in kindergartens with a normal program of 4 hours authorized/accredited by the state and accredited private ones and for students in state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschoolers and students included in special education, from the 5 zonesof Timiş county of UHT milk within the limit of a daily value/preschool/pupil of 1.11 lei (with VAT). The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, including the value added tax, their transport, distribution and storage expenses, as the case may be. Uni priceVAT-free tax related to the daily value limit for a portion of UHT milk is 1.01 lei.
During the week, a preschooler/student is given free of charge: 5 portions of UHT milk.
The purchase of UHT milk - will take place on 5 lots:
Lot 1 Zone 1 Timișoara
Lot 2 - Zone 2 Lugoj Margina
Lot3 - Zone 3 - Voiteg - Deta
Lot 4 - Zone 4 - Buziaș - Pișchia
Lot 5 - Zone 5 - Jimbolia - Sannicolau Mare
A framework agreement will be concluded for each lot/zone, for a duration of 4 school years (2023-2024; 2024-2025; 2025-2026; 2026-2027), based on which subsequent contracts will be awarded forevery school year after the approval of the budget for each county by government decision.
