Description:
The contracting authority organizing the Supply, Maintenance and Repairs Base, as a centralized purchasing unit, will conclude the framework agreement for a period of 24 months, with a single economic operator.
Contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will be concluded, as a rule, every semesterby BAGR on behalf of the penitentiary units.
The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by the economic operators concerned: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the announcementthe participation form for submitting offers considering that, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, economic operators must have at least 10 days to draw up their offer in accordance with the additional requirements introduced by the response to additional clarifications/information.
Numarudays until which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for submitting offers, is 20 days.
