- The object of the Supervision Services contract for the Targu Mures Targu Neamt Motorway Design and Execution Contract, Section I Targu Mures Miercurea Nirajului and the connection to the A3 Motorway will consist in the provision of high quality supervision services, both during the period ofe design and execution of the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, especially in whatconcerns the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the procurement procedurethe public has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, AutoThe Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
