- The object of the Supervision Services contract for the Targu Mures Targu Neamt Motorway Design and Execution Contract, Section III Leghin Targu Neamt will consist in the provision of high quality supervision services, both during the design and execution period of the works,at and during the guarantee period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, especially in terms of duration, quantity, quality andand the cost of the design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarificationicari or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a singler deadline in which he will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
