The purchase of courier services for the transport of vaccines with properly equipped refrigerated vehicles and operated by specialized personnel, within the project "Development and introduction of systems and standards in the Ministry of Health that optimizethe decision-making processes regarding the vaccination activity in Romania - ROVAC " SIPOCA CODE 708. The transport of vaccines between the regional centers of the INSP, the DSPs selected in the project and other DSPs and/or family doctors will be ensured, with a minimum of 12 refrigerated vehicles, with a total usable volumeof at least 84 cubic meters and a total useful mass of at least 7800kg, with the provision of the appropriate staff (drivers, support staff). From the 6 regional HUBs and DSPs involved in the project until administration, the vaccines must be kept in optimal temperature conditions to avoid their degradationra. The vaccine must be kept at a temperature (20C) - (80C) until administration. The monthly average per county is estimated at 400 km/county, the transport average being 10 days/month, transport will be provided for all 41 counties, ensuring distribution for 300 doctors.
