Description:
Framework agreement with the object of current maintenance works during the summer, periodic maintenance, current repairs to the network of county roads and bridges from the administration of UAT Vrancea County for a period of 48 months.
The duration of the framework agreement is 48 calendar months. During this period it is seenor conclude at least 4 subsequent contracts with a duration of 12 calendar months each. The subsequent contracts will cease either by the expiration of their duration, or by the exhaustion of the maximum amounts related to them.revisions, the Normative on the maintenance and repair of public roads" indicative AND 554-2002, of the technical regulations and standards in the field in force.
Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as the quantitiesr minimum and maximum that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: according to the Centralizer of work quantities for YEAR I, YEAR II, YEAR III, YEAR IV.
- the estimated maximum value of framework agreement 48 months = 38,165,776.36 leand without VAT;
-the maximum value (related to maximum quantities) of the largest subsequent contract = 9,541,444.09 lei without VAT. ;
