City Hallof the municipality of BistriΕ£a is running the project entitled "Implementation of simplified procedures for reducing bureaucracy for citizens at the level of the municipality of BistriΕ£a in areas of activities with shared competence social assistance and urban planning", COD SIPOCA 1231 / MYSMIS 154519, financedthrough the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014-2020.
The general objective of the project is to provide better services in a more efficient and citizen-oriented way by using digital technology and artificial intelligence in the field of urban planning and assistancesocial.
The project has a duration of 16 months and the most important activity and the purpose of this project is actually the development of the integration components with the back-end systems of the existing portal, respectively the development of the front-end systems for citizens, including data storage for storageof documents specific to electronic services and courses.
