Description:
Purchase of "Measuring transformers" according to the technical specifications.
The minimum value of the purchase procedure is 412,829.00 lei (Lot 1 Lot 2); the maximum value of the procurement procedure is 6,461,244.00 lei (Lot 1 Lot 2).
LOT 1 min 103,221.00 lei and max 1,260,577.00 lei
LOT 2 min 309,608.00 lei and a maximum of 5,200,667.00 lei
The value of the largest subsequent contract will not exceed:
LOT 1 315,583.00 lei
LOT 2 892,382.00 lei
Framework Agreements will be concluded with a maximum of three economic operators , for each lot, according to the description on page 6 of CS.
Clarification requests regardingd the award documents will be sent at least 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers and the consolidated response of the contracting entity in a clear, complete and unambiguous manner to all requests for clarification or additional information will be sent on the 13tha day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators until the deadline established above.
