Description:
Framework supply agreement "Dairy products divided into 4 batches", necessary to provide food for the institutionalized beneficiaries within the Centers for Children and the Care and Assistance Centers for Adults with Disabilities subordinated to DGASPC Botosani, in the period 01.05.2023-30.04.2025. The products will be delivered to the Centers for children and centers for adults in the quantities, technical characteristics (specifications) and under the conditions requested in the Specifications. The object of the open public auction is the conclusion of a framework agreement forRio de Janeiro 01.05.2023-30.04.2025. 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, as follows: Subsequent contract 1 for the period 01.05.2023 - 31.10.2023, Subsequent contract 2 for the period 01.11.2023-30.04.2024, Subsequent contract 3 for the period 01.05.2024 - 31.10.2024 and subsequent Contract 4 onDuring the period 01.11.2024 - 30.04.2025, with the exception of the products "fresh cheese" and "waffle ice cream", which will be ordered only in the summer months, for which 2 (two) subsequent contracts will be concluded: Subsequent contract 1 for the period 01.05.2023 - 31.10.2023 and subsequent Contract 3 for the periodada 01.05.2024 - 31.10.2024, depending on the existence of the financial resources allocated for this purpose.
