Description:
The minimum quantities are according to the Specifications, established until 31.12.2023 According to the provisions of the Specifications, it will be delivered in stages, based on the order, to the headquarters of the contracting authority, Options: the possibility of pre-contracting until 30.04.2024, in compliance the provisions of art.165 of Decision 395/2016 (maximum amount)
A. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation ismaximum 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadlineestablished for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will make AC unable to provide an answer within the period mentioned in point B. and as a result, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered YOURRDIVA
