DAIRY supply framework agreement (UHT cow's milk, Telemea cheese, Processed cheese, Butter at 200 gr and butter at 10-20 gr) for the period - June 2023 - June 2024
Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information , signed with extended electronic signature, only prin SICAP, within a period of no more than 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers, according to art. 160 par. 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the previously stipulated term, the contracting authority will publishin SICAP, the answers within up to 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, according to art. 161 para. 2 of Law 96/2016, the contracting authority will not respond to requests addressed through another means of communication or another deadline than the established one. Maximum valueestimated framework agreement 440,900.00 lei without VAT;
Lot 1 - UHT cow's milk: 107,200.00 lei without VAT
Lot 2 - Telemea cheese: 110,200.00 lei without VAT
Lot 3 - Processed cheese: 90,000.00 lei VAT
Batch 4 - Butter 200 gr and Butter 10 gr - 20 gr: 133,500.00 lei without VAT
The minimum and maximum quantities that couldto be requested during the entire framework agreement:
Lot 1 - UHT cow's milk: minimum 1,000 liters, maximum 13,400 liters
Lot 2 - Telemea cheese: minimum 200 kg, maximum 2,900 kg
Lot 3 - Processed cheese: minimum 130 kg, maximum 1,800 kg
Batch 4 - Butter 200 gr: minimum 30 kg, maximum 450 kg; Butter 10 gr - 20 gr: minimum 140 kg...
