- Object of the service contract: DALI and PT DE PAC phase design services regarding the thermal rehabilitation of 25 residential buildings in order to increase the energy performance, in accordance with the provisions of GD no. 907/2016 regarding the elaboration stages and the framework content of the documentationor technical-economic related objectives/investment projects financed from public funds, GEO no. 18/2009 on increasing the energy performance of housing blocks, Law no. 372/2005 on the energy performance of buildings, with subsequent amendments and additions, respectiv of Law no. 10/1995 regarding quality in constructions, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
The procedure is divided into 4 lots, as follows:
