Description:
This procurement procedure consists of DALI phase design services for the investment objective: "Improving the safe operation conditions of the Eagle's Nest permanent accumulation, on the Tutova river, Vaslui county". Duration: Documentation for approval of intervention works (D.A.L.I.), including the development of all the necessary studies, including documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate, as well as all the approvals and agreements requested by it - 75 days from the date of issuing the order to start the provision of services.the public issue falls under the incident of the suspensive clause and is conditioned by securing the commitment credit allocated by the List of budget credits and commitment to projects with financing from Chapter 70.01 Title 61 - Projects with financing from the amounts related to the loan component of PNRR - reallocated in the year 2023 for the National Administration "Romanian Waters" - the Prut-Barlad Water Basin Administration up to the contract value, the signing of the contract being possible only in the situation in which the provisions relating to the commitment of expenses from the budgets falling underidentical to the legislation on public finances.
In the event that, regardless of the reasons, the obtaining of project financing is not achieved until the completion of the procurement procedures, the Contracting Authority will apply the provisions of art. 212 paragraph (1) letter c) of Law no. 98/2016, being impossible in...
