Description:
The University of Bucharest intends to acquire a UB Data Center expansion solution, by implementing an integrated HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) processing and storage system, which will ensure the data processing and storage resources necessary for the server infrastructurevirtual eras on which UB's Moodle eLearning platform will run. Currently, the Moodle UB platform operates on two servers owned and managed by the University of Bucharest. The Moodle UB platform application and database runs on the two servers and serves in the sametime and space both the didactic activity during the academic year and the evaluation activity. The current solution on which the Moodle platform runs no longer meets the performance requirements needed to carry out teaching activities. The network and security equipment to be purchasedtion will ensure an integrated digital infrastructure. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 17 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th daybefore the deadline for submission of offers.
