Description: The services of public communications, fixed data, fixed voice type IP, videoconferencing to ensure the functioning of the existing virtual private networks (VPN) in ANR and within the Zonal Capitals and remote work points of ANR will be procured, ensuring the necessary of communication services in order to operate in good and safe conditions the IT&C systems of the institution, basis of administrative-operational processes, maintaining a functional, unitary, secure, flexible, scalable, redundant communication system, in accordance with the legislation and standards specific to the field , to ensure the optimal communication needs according to the existing business / operational / strategic requirements, as well as to the development perspectives of ANR.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
