- DELEGATION BY CONCESSION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT ACTIVITIES WITHIN HARGHITA COUNTY AND OF THE OPERATION OF THE TRANSFER STATIONS AT CORUND, MIERCUREA CIUC AND THE SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION CENTERS AT TOPLIțA, GHEORGHENI, BĂLAN, CORUND, MIERCUREACIUC, CRISTURU SECUIESC, VLĂHIțA and SANSIMION
The contract will ensure the continuous provision of the service for a period of 96 months.
The services that are subject to the delegation procedure are:
a) the separate collection of recyclable waste from the population into 3 fractions (paper- cardboard, plastic-metal and glass)and their transport to the related transfer stations, or CMID Remetea, as the case may be;
b) separate collection from the population of residual waste and their transport to the related transfer stations, or CMID Remetea, as the case may be;
c) separate collection from the population of green waste from fencesni and the biodegradable ones and their transport to the related transfer stations, or CMID Remetea, as the case may be;
d) the separate collection of similar waste from economic operators/institutions and their transport to the related transfer stations, or CMID Remetea, as the case may be;
e) transport dwaste from markets, parks and gardens;
f) separate collection and transport of bulky waste from the population, public institutions and economic agents not similar to household ones;
