- Delegation contract (collection and transport) through the concession of the management of some activities that are components of the sanitation service of the territorial administrative units that are members of the ADI Giurgiu Intercommunity Development Association from Zone 3 of Giurgiu county
The activities of the sal servicepollution, which are subject to delegation are:
(1)separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial activities in industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions;;
(2)separate collection of biodegradable waste provided forte to Art. 33 and Art. 1 paragraph 3 of Law 181/2020
(3) collection and transport of waste from homes, generated by their interior and/or exterior remodeling and rehabilitation activities;
(4) collection of waste, other than those provided for in letter a) from Ordinance 92/2021; (wasteresidual ri)
(5) collection of hazardous waste from households provided for in Art. 30 of Ordinance 92/2021
(6) collection of bulky waste including furniture and mattresses
(7) collection of textile waste
(8) collection of waste abandoned on the administrative territory of UAT urof the delegation area Art. 4 paragraph 5 of Law 101/2006
