- The contract will ensure the continuous provision of the service for a period of 96 months. The duration of the contract was established according to the analysis carried out at the level of the Opportunity Study, annexed to this documentation. Through the "Integrated Waste Management System in Caras Severin County" project,Caras Severin county received funding to ensure an efficient municipal waste management system, including the operation of CMID Lupac and the transfer stations Resita, Bozovici, Pojejena, Oravita, Baile Herculane and Otelul Rosu.

The object of the management delegation is the public household sanitation service of Caras Severin county, on collection areas, respectively ZONE 6 - Oțelul Roșu, for the followinge activities:
a) Separate collection and separate transport of municipal waste and similar waste from commercial activities in industry and institutions, including separately collected fractions, without prejudice to the waste stream of electrical and electronic equipment, beatbatteries and accumulators;
b) The collection and transport of waste from homes, generated by their interior and/or exterior remodeling and rehabilitation activities.
