- The minimum services that are subject to the delegation procedure are:
1. The separate collection of household and similar residual waste (including that from the markets) and their transport to the TMB facility within the Barcea Mare CMID, directly or via the Brad and Haţeg transfer stations ;
2. The separate collection of recyclable waste into 3 fractions (paper/cardboard, plastic/metal, glass) from household and similar waste (economic agents, public institutions, trade) and their transport to the sorting stations (Brad and Barcea Mare, either directly , either through the transfer station Hstick);
3. The separate collection of biodegradable waste from the urban environment and its transport to the TMB facility within the CMID Barcea Mare (biological treatment line), directly or via the Brad and Haţeg transfer stations;
4. Separate collection, starting from 2024, of biodepositof household (urban) and similar waste and their transport to the TMB facility within the Barcea Mare CMID (biological treatment line/ D.A. facility), directly or through the Haţeg and Brad transfer stations;
5. Separate collection of waste within the periodical campaignshazardous from household waste, originating from the population and their transport to the collection centers set up, as the case may be, in the Haţeg and Brad transfer stations and entrusting them to specialized operators;
