Description:
The object of the contract is: Design and execution for the achievement of the investment objective "CONSTRUCTION OF PNEUMOPHTIZIOLOGY AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES CLINIC HOSPITAL, BRAțOV".
The total value of the purchase is 389,131,226.67 lei without VAT; Estimated value of design services: 16,117,436.35lei without VAT, Estimated value of works execution: 373,013,790.32 lei without VAT
Following this procedure, the following will be purchased:
- The technical documentation of the technical project together with the execution details and the specifications with the lists of work quantities and the forms according to HG 907/ 2016 - (D.T.P.Th. C.S. D.E.);
- Technical documentation for obtaining the building permit according to the requirements of the urban planning certificate and law no. 50/1991 updated - (D.T.A.C.);
- Technical documentation for organizing the execution according to the requirements of the urban planning certificate andaegis no. 50/1991 updated - (D.T.O.E.);
- Obtaining approvals and agreements according to the urban planning certificate and the legislation in force (without payment of related taxes);
- Specialized technical assistance during the implementation of the project.
- Execution of works
Equipment and equipment whichthey are not put into operation and do not contribute to the achievement and maintenance, throughout the construction's lifetime, of the applicable fundamental requirements, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 10/1995, republished, included in the technical documentation, are not the subject of this procedure (e.g. the purchase...
