- The object of the contract is the design and execution for the rehabilitation of "Bridge on DN 22C, km 38 002 over the Poarta Alba-Midia-Navodari canal", 213.60 m long, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 withsubsequent changes and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadlinebid submission bribe.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, asmidday: 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The deadline for answering the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for the elaboration of the offers through the prism of the answers givenrites by the Contracting Authority.
