Description:
The object of the contract is the Design and Execution of "Bridge on DN 3, km 242 286, in Basarabi, Constanța county", 233.80 m long, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with the amendments and supplementsand later, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 12 days beforethe deadline for submitting offers.
The deadline for answering the clarifications was set so that the economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contract Authorityanta.
