The object of the contract is Design and execution for the completion of Autostrăzii Brașov Targu Mureș Cluj Oradea, Section 3C: Suplacu de Barcău Borș, Subsection 3C1: Suplacu de Barcău - Chiribiș (km 4 200 - km 30 550) retendering in a length of approximately 26.35 km, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 ofin the. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is cu 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/informadditional information, as follows: 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
