- Design and execution: "Ensuring the electrical conditions for connecting ships to the wharf in Constanța Port (Cold Ironing regime) in order to interconnect to the Trans-European Transport Network TEN-T for the implementation of the Ealing project"
The general objective of the work is to contribute to ofthe development of Constanța Port, Romania's main port, serving the Central and Eastern European region. In order to align with the European Commission's strategies for green ports and increase the technical and economic efficiency of the use of electricity, it was proposed for full financingmaintenance of OPS (Onshore Power Supply) solutions in the TEN-T seaports, in order to respond to the requirements formulated in the "European Green Deal", as well as in the national legislation that transposes the European legislation.
In in order to increase the efficiency of medof the port from a maritime and energy point of view, CN APM SA Constanța intends to modernize the electricity distribution infrastructure in the Port of Constanța. This Feasibility Study includes the investments to be made within the port, within 10 berths.
When ships are berthed, they require energy to support activities such as loading, unloading, heating, lighting and operating other technical facilities. Normally, the required power is provided by auxiliary engines running on diesel or... - Documents :
