- Design and execution: Ensuring the electrical conditions for connecting ships to the quay in Constanța Port (Cold Ironing regime) in order to interconnect to the Trans-European Transport Network TEN-T for the implementation of the Ealing project
The general objective of the work is to contribute to thethe port of Constanța, the main port of Romania, serving the region of Central and Eastern Europe. In order to align with the European Commission's strategies for green ports and increase the technical and economic efficiency of the use of electricity, it was proposed for financingthe introduction of OPS (Onshore Power Supply) solutions in the TEN-T seaports, in order to respond to the requirements formulated in the "European Green Deal", as well as in the national legislation that transposes the European legislation.
In with a view to increasing average efficiencyport in terms of maritime and energy, CN APM SA Constanța intends to modernize the electricity distribution infrastructure in the Port of Constanța. This Feasibility Study includes the investments to be made within the port, within 10 berths.
